MINDFULNESS GRIEF GROUPS - 8 WEEKS (By Registration)
These groups emphasize mindfulness and the healing power of group support, with the guidance of a wise and compassionate facilitator. Our groups cultivate healing for anyone who has experienced a significant loss, such as the death of a loved one, an accumulation of relationship transitions, or the loss of an ability or identity.
In general, people who attend bereavement groups can develop a greater sense of ease and acceptance in day-to day-life (even though the grief process can be longer than 8 weeks and is not a linear process) while they are learning to live with their losses.

MONTHLY DROP-IN SUPPORT GROUP
(FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH)
This group offers ways to encounter and integrate the very human – yet not so familiar – experiences of illness, dying, and death. It is open to everyone, and may be of particular interest to people living with a life threatening illness, those facing death sooner rather than later, and the loved ones who are caring for them. The intention of this group is to foster acceptance, generate inspiration, and create healing together in the face of the great matters of life and death. Each session begins with meditation, followed by experiential exercises and/or discussion.
