Lifeflow offers educational programs tailored to meet the specific needs of employee assistance providers, health care professionals and families looking for new ideas and solutions on quality of life care.


Compassionate Friends assist families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive through conferences, a magazine, and local (no-fee) support groups.

 

Mental Health Net: Grief Resources: a list of resources and web sites available for assistance with grief and bereavement.

Grief & Loss Resource Centre: A long list of sites/links around grief and loss compiled by Charlene Fairchild. Includes general resources, grief tips, and information about funerals and rituals.

Family Caregiver Alliance provides specialized information on Alzheimer's disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, ALS and other disorders and long-term care concerns. The site has features for families, caregivers, professionals, policy makers and the media. Their Resource Center includes an online support group, online caregiver consultation and community services in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can also post your caregiving questions to expert staff in their "Ask FCA" section.

CareGuide: is a care management company which offers a directory of more than 170,000 licensed/accredited providers of elder care services, online tools to assess your particular situation, a call center to help locate providers in your area, articles on select topics, and a community of support.
