DESCRIPTION
This group offers ways to encounter and integrate the very human -- yet not so familiar -- experiences of illness, loss, and dying. It is open to everyone and may be of particular interest to people who are grieving a loss of any kind, people living with a life threatening illness, those facing death sooner rather than later, and the loved ones caring for them. The intention of this group is to foster acceptance, generate inspiration, and create healing together in the face of the great matters of life and death. Each session begins with meditation, followed by an experiential activity, Buddhist teaching, and discussion. No registration is necessary.
