PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS AND UNITED WAY CAMPAIGNS
Please remember Zen Hospice Project when making a charitable contribution through payroll deductions. If you or someone you know works for a company that participates in the United Way Work Place Giving Campaign, you can donate to Zen Hospice Project simply by writing in Zen Hospice Project’s name and address, or designating Zen Hospice Project by using our designation code (14381) as identified in the campaign brochure.

As a Certified Community Campaign Agency, we are participating in the:

• Combined Federal Campaign

MATCHING GIFT PROGRAMS

You may be able to double or triple your already generous donation to Zen Hospice Project!  Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.  To find out if your company has a matching gift program, please enter your employer's name here.

If your company has a matching gift program, request a matching gift form from your Human Resources Department, and send it completed and signed with your gift or shortly after you have made your gift.  We will do the rest.
